SurFlash® Polyurethane I.V. Catheters are made of extremely flexible, kink-resistant and durable polyurethane. They feature a sharp double-bevel introducer needle plus a medical grade lubricant which allow for easier penetration and smoother travel through tissue.
Preview chamber in clear sure-grip hub gives immediate indication of proper needle placement and SurFlash® has the added benefit of visual confirmation of catheter placement during venipuncture, which occurs in a flash! Other catheter brands only confirm needle placement - not catheter placement.
